I try to modify WAV files tags with kid3 under Windows 7.
Changes made in kid3 are taken into account. But there is no changes in the
file properties on windows explorer.

ID3v2.4.0 tags on WAV files are only supported by few applications, e.g. those
using TagLib. You can see the tags e.g. in VLC. However, the Windows Explorer
does not recognize such tags, so you cannot see them there.
