Thanks for the report and the example file, I could reproduce the crash. It was caused by a division of zero because the file reported a sample rate of zero. I have commited a fix to Git [2a2d96] and will build a test version after looking at another issue.
I opened a ticket. Not really sure why this happense since it does fine with my other .dsf files
