#41 Full Name field

If new contact is created by KickPIM, no Full Name field is
created. Therefore if you use Full Name field in
KAddressBook, it appears empty.
If new contact is created in KAddressBook, it creates Full
Name field into the Vcard automatically.

Could you include this feature in KickPIM?
