The launcher plugin contains icons of the apps. It gets the labels from the desktop file to set it as title. Once an application is started the title should be changed accordingly.

Issues: The task icon in the launcher plugin can contain more than one window, thus the title cannot always be correct; one possible way is to have the title changed to the desktop file definition once the icon gets more than one window.
