when i start kibadock it uses couple of megs which is cool.. with time (couple hours of normal activity) this number increases to around 100 megs or more... this is too much for just a dock i think.
i use ubuntu 7.04 and kiba dock 0.1.1+svn20070912~3v1ubuntu0 (feisty). (i got this from synaptic)
a workaround is to exit and restart kiba-dock.
also when i try to run kibadock from terminal i get this: (i dont know if this has anything to do with the problem above)
kubi@k-linux:~$ kiba-dock
/home/kubi/.themes/Gnursid/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:440: Unable to locate image file in pixmap_path: "check4.png"
/home/kubi/.themes/Gnursid/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:443: Overlay image options specified without filename
** (kiba-dock:4095): CRITICAL **: kiba_dock_update_surface: assertion `KIBA_IS_WIN(GTK_WIDGET(dock)->parent)' failed
Error (plugin.c @ line 207):
'/usr/lib/kiba-dock/libdbus.so' is not loadable
kiba_dock_update_surface: assertion `KIBA_IS_WIN(GTK_WIDGET(dock)->parent)' failed
i stumbled across this when i was trying to write a little script which would exit kiba dock and restart it, so i wouldnt have to do this manually every day a couple of times.

I discovered this problem as well, my conky script's ram monitor kept growing and growing..
seems to be with the taskbar enabled..
using ubuntu 7.10, and the svn revision 503

i also have an increase in ram usage over time. usually it starts by using around 5 or megs but increases to about 50 after a couple of hours.

it also happens without the taskbar enabled but it seems to increase slower.
