I don't know if this functionality already exists in
the *nix version, but on win32, if you do a command
line dial with kiax.exe, a new instance of the program
will *always* be loaded instead of just dialing from
the currently running instance. If you're only using
one VoIP account, you're even further out of luck as
it's the old instance that's locked into the account so
the newly launched one can't even dial anything.
