Awesome application, just one suggestion. While downloading a bunch of subjects at the click of a button is amazing, it would really help if every time a sub topic is downloaded it is placed into its own folder. Example below:
Downloading all of 'Biology' would place all of the folders/videos into the parent folder 'Biology' then inside would be a folder of 'Intro to biology,' 'Studying for the AP Biology exam' until you reach the actual videos and those are included in the lowest folder subset.
This would make an already awesome application like 10x more legit!

Are you referring to the structure of the video storage
on disk being made to match the Contents structure?
If so, that would be really tough as KA changes the
structure all the time. Additionally, the video files
would need to be named using the KA id, not the video
title, making those directories somewhat useless.
This has been suggested a couple of times, and all I can think of is building a utility to do it. But I'm not quite sure how it would be useful?

Thank you for this great application. I'm working to equip an orphanage with educational laptops & content and will be using Khan Desktop.
A few suggestions for future releases:
*enable full screen playback of videos
