#5 Tags from kPhotoAlbum without changing KIPI

I guess I'm being impatient, but I decided tonight
that I wanted my tags and I wanted them *now*.

Anyhow I spent a few hours on this and found a way to
pass tags through KIPI. It requires a small patch to
both send2kflickr and to kphotoalbum. Basically what
I've done is to add a QStringList attribute to each
of the images passed to the plugin. Then on the
plugin I select that attribute and pass it to
kFlickr.

This may not be the best way to do this, in fact it
might be wrong wrong wrong, but it *is* a very small
patch, and it works!
