#3 Bug with latin2 characters

Kfilereplace cannot work with latin-2 characters.

Latin-2 characters can be entered into search &
replace dialog, but program "knows" only for
characters that precede latin-2 letters in a string.

Very useful program, but this bug severely limits its
potential for all those non-latin-1 users.
