#12 ability to reorder keys in key list

Keys cannot be reordered once added to the key list easily. Currently the process is save as, manually edit the saved file, open the file. Perhaps "Move Up" and "Move Down" button could be added. Perhaps an event handler to drag keys in the key list could reorder.
