#1 cannot schedule w/o day frequency

KETL Client Admin v2 - You cannot schedule a job without picking the day frequency first. E.g. you cannot schedule a job to run every 5 mins or every hour. You have to pick 1 day first, and then you can pick the minutes or hours. One should be able to schedule jobs less than 1 day.
