KestrelHPC was renamed to KestrelCluster:
http://kestrelcluster.github.io/, is the ppa still down?

The development is a bit stalled lately since I have been quite busy,
but I am always happy to fix any issue or helping anyone with it. I've
still many ideas I would like to implement.
