Well yes.. it is expected if the network is set up by the network
manager (which is started very late just before starting the GUI)
instead of the networking service, but It won't hurt because the
kestrel daemon will be started afterwards by the network manager
(/etc/network/if-up.d/kestrel).

I think that I should improve this a little bit, I will think how I
improve it. ;-)
