[Kestrelhpc-developers] bug in the web page

Hello there,

I want to give a push to the mailing list, so there it goes.

There is "bug" in the web page, in the documentation section -> Man pages,
every time you click on a command to see its man page, the title of the web,
not in the explorer window but the image of KestrelHPC at the top of the
web, disappears.
