What is the license under which the project can be used? I don’t think it is mentioned. Pardon me if I missed it…
From your website there seems to be some special requirements to be fulfilled to use the software, which I don’t see as compatible with open-source. See http://www.opensource.org/docs/osd: point 3 would oblige you to allow modification in order to remove the "ask for permission" lock; point 6 is probably incompatible with the obligation to ask for a code when running a business. Obviously the FSF definition has similar incompatibilities with your website’s statements.
Please could you clarify the license terms? An open-source compatible license would encourage distribution of your software and permit inclusion in the standard linux distributions.
