[Kernelbook-feedback] New chapters uploaded

I have just checked the Tom Lees chapter on Plug and Play into the CVS
archive and have uploaded review PDF editions of the PnP and Sources
chapters to the FTP site.

I have also updated the pkbib.sgml file to partition the bibliography
into sections; Tom had included his bibliography material at the end
of his source file and I have also added references from my own
chapters; one large bibliograph would get woefully out of
control. Right now it is not really sorted in any shape or form, but
this partitioning will let us sort the entries in our review copies,
and make it easier if MCP decides to break them up to put references
at the end of each chapter.
