#1 Need to delete the uploaded directories from the repository

I accidently uploaded the different code in my cvs repository. I now wish to upload the new code.
Current code is consuming lot of space & it will be a pain to me to do check-out next-time.

I want to delete all the existing code I have uploaded till now as follows.
1) remove source/src directory
2) remove source/newsrc directory

As soon as they get deleted, i will be uploading my code up there.
