#2 kenosis client only resolves tracker once

Rerequester only resolves the tracker ip/port once in
the init section. A more reliable approach is to keep
this functionality and try to resolve the tracker again
on errors then fallback to the dns bridge if the
tracker can not be resolved using the kenosis network.
