Our system presents a demerit point system in which a driver's licensing authority, police force,
or other organization issues cumulative demerits, or points to drivers on conviction for road
traffic offenses. In most countries driver’s offenses are very high and it has always been difficult
to manage them. So, our system indicates on how driver’s offenses can be report and how to
prevent drivers to do not lose demerit points on their driving record. They start with
zero points and gain points for being convicted of breaking certain traffic laws. Demerit
points stay on their record for two years from the offence date. If their collect enough points,
they can lose their driver's licenses.
Our demerit point system targets license holders only and it does not include pedestrians and
cyclists. The experts differ widely in their opinion; some say that persons without a license
should not be included because drivers of motor vehicles are main violators.
