Kefir PR1 released

Kefir is a Code Sketcher for PyGTK and Glade. It supports any GTK Widget, including custom widgets, custom callbacks, and dynamically editing widgets later in the development process. The prerelease version contains a few small bugs, but is fully capable of making a complete application. It is based of Sandino Flores Moreno's work on tepache, and has a stable code base at the core.

The goal of this prerelease is to iron out any bugs, and to show a proof of concept that is near ready to be used.
