KefirBB had new web site - http://kefir-bb.sourceforge.net

Version 0.3 of KefirBB is out yesterday. In this version there are new XML-configuration, scopes of codes, default configuration with modern html standart.

At this time I work for new version with big changes. New interface TextProcessor will be created and BBProcessor must be inited with factory BBProcessorFactory. BBprocessor class will be package protected.

The project KefirBB was started. Everybody can use this simple extensible bb-code processor for their applications on LGPL-license.

Thanks for Renat Mullakhanov for help for enchancement of performance and stability.
