#8 Create system name entry

Hi,
First of all, i want to tell you that this plug in is very usefull, thank you.
I Am a SAP consultant who have a lot of SAP connections in my SAP Logon.
Could you please add a System Name as a new parameter. Because i have a lot connections with the same SAP ID.

I will add a separated description field as well as the original titel field of KeePass entries.
