#1 Bounced Emails

It makes sense to "inactivate" recipients who have
unsubscribed, but it should also make sense to
completely delete recipients from whom mails have
bounced (Delivery Status Notification /Failure/).

Possible implementation could be:

* Introduce a 'bounce' bit, and offer a script which
could delete emails with this bit set

* Provide 'delete' button on addr.cgi. Or provide a
drop-down with options: Activate, Inactivate, Delete
