#418 Password Generator's 'Random' option bug

The Password Generator's "Random" folder should have, besides the existing box named "Special Characters", a field to enter the set of Special Characters to be used. As it is now, that option must be disabled more than a few times, due to the many instances where some of the special chars have a special meaning and are unaccepted by the password processing routines.
