#369 opening file via bookmark seems not to close current databse

working on 0.4.3 as a new user,

if i have a database open and use the bookmark-feature to open anotherone, it seems like the first one is not closed properly, when i try to reopen it, it complains about it beeing already open by another instance etc.

sounds like the "close database" is not called before the new one is opened...
