why in recycle bin? Deletetion is only freeing space for it to be overwritten... Not to mention you can't delete data from SSD any easily, NVME the least...

Say my original KeePass is in my document folder on my computer. If I have a copy of KeePass at a different location, say an external hard drive, why would I need a temporary space, say on my computer desktop (not document), to make a copy of my copy from the external hard drive to verify it. Why not verify the Copy of KeePass itself from the original location which is on the external hard drive? Why do I need a temporary space to verify and then delete everything after verification?

A KeePass database backup on your Desktop is not a backup. A backup is on another disk / machine / location.
