I need help in understanding how Groups are handled in KeePass. I particularly want to understand the difference between built-in groups such as Internet and Homebanking and those created by the user. I couldn't find any discussion on this on the webpage. When I imported records from my Passwords Max program using the generic CSV import, I imported my Passwords Max Category tag as the Group in KeePass. I had an Internet Category but I moved all of those imported records under the KeePass Internet Group and deleted the one which was created on import. I notice that all the records imported have a key icon next to them in the KeePass record list. I had to manually enter many records that did not import successfully. I notice the ones I manually entered in the Internet group have a different icon next to them in the record list. Can you explain the difference between these records and those I imported and why they are presented with different icons? Am I able to input additional information with one that I can't with the other? Any help you can offer in explaining the distinction will be greatly appreciated.
