Hello!
Can I synchrinize between Windows and Android versions of KeePass from FTP server?
Or can I open the database directly from FTP on both of the devices?
I know that the Android version does not support a .KDBX database but Windows version does not support a .KDB database (only export with losting root groups and with only one attachment).

KeePass V1 uses a KDB file and will match your droid, but there is no sync in V1. You need to wait for a droid version that writes to KDBX.

Since version 1.5, KeePassDroid supports reading KDBX files.

    Best regards

    Thanks Paul, it works locally.
Do you know what a syntax of FTP connection to the DB with user login? For example:
    ftp://server/path/file.kdbx:username\password ?

The only way I can see to open from FTP in V1 is to download the database using another program.
Using Internet Explorer would require a syntax like this: ftp://username:password@domain
Then you can select the file.

    cheers, Paul
