#648 Save the attachment to a specified path

I think many people use keepass's attachment to store
their licence key files of softwares.
Because the install path of a software is usually the
same one. And also, we often need to save the
attachment to the same path.

So, I think to set a specified path for an attachment
is more convenient.

    When you save an attachment it asks you where to save it. If
    you need to remember the path, put it in the notes.
