#2150 Include WUA support in KeeAutoExec plugin

The KeeAutoExec plugin allows convenient opening of databases whose passwords and key files are stored in a "master database".

However it does not provide the ability to specify that a database uses the Windows User Account (WUA) in the composite key. So the plugin cannot be used to open database which use this feature.

I've added support for this now. You can now tell KeeAutoExec that the Windows user account key is part of the master key by creating a custom entry string 'UserAccount' with the value 'True'.
