In some languages (e.g. Polish), the global shortcut for Auto-Type conflicts with letters of the alphabet. Changing the shortcut or disabling Auto-Type, however, doesn't disable the keyboard hook for Ctrl+Alt+A.
Tested versions: 1.24 and 1.26.
Operating system: Windows 8 64bit, US English, with Polish (Programmers) keyboard layout.
- go to Tools -> Options -> Auto-Type and uncheck "Enable auto-type features"
- save everything and restart KeePass
- open a Notepad application and try to type Ctrl+Alt+A or Right Alt-A
- nothing happens, while a letter should have appeared in some languages (at least for the "Polish (Programmers)" keyboard layout, there should be a letter "ą").
Additionally, the same bug is present when you leave Auto-Type enabled, but change the global keyboard shortcut to something else than Ctrl+Alt+A, save and restart (you still cannot type Ctrl+Alt+A in a Notepad).
