#1702 Add the picture field in the Properties of the Entry

please add the 'Picture' field in the Edit window of the password Entry. It's much easier to recall, what for what website / program I've saved the password for, by taking a screenshot of that website or the program.
Also, it would be nice, if I could browse the password Entries in the 'Thumbnails' view (instead of in a List view).

The entry's icon is available for this purpose. It quite easy to assign webpage specific icons to the entry using the favicon downloader plugin.

    Hi wellread1

thanks for the response. Yes, I agree that I can specify the custom entry icon. It's just sometimes easier to remember the webpage / software by the picture. Also, the icon is fairly small and there is no option to set custom dimensions of it. Another thing is that I have to download the plugin / an external application to create the icon, rather than just pressing Alt + PrintScreen (and possibly crop the image in mspaint).

Based on your response, it appears that you haven't actually tried the favicon downloader plugin to see if it is a solution for your issue.

Ok wellread1, I admit, I've just sifted through the features of the program and haven't actually clicked on the 'Select an icon' button (just assumed that there is a predefined set of icons that I can pick the custom icon of).
Still though, it would be nice if the program would allow attaching a [larger] picture to the credentials entry.

Thanks for the response to my impatient question.

I believe it is unlikely that a feature would be added that is an alternate of an existing feature unless there were a compelling reason. This is because most new features are a trade-off that increases complexity, occupies valuable interface space, or increases size of the program.

...haven't actually clicked on the 'Select an icon' button (just assumed that there is a predefined set of icons that I can pick the custom icon of).

Again, I suggest that you try the favicon downloader plugin. For most sites, it provides a single click method for downloading a site's characteristic favicon, and automatically adding it to an entry.
