What do I do with my KeePass because I have to change Windows. Once the Windows is installed? I made backup of everything.

The active KeePass database (default extension .kdbx for KeePass 2.x; .kdb for KeePass 1.x) must be saved because it contains all of your protected data. However there may be additional files to save and/or steps that must be completed depending on on your Master Key.

    1. If you use a key file. You must also save it.
    2. If you linked your database to the Windows User Account you must unlink the Windows User Account from the database (via File>Change Master Key...).
    3. Complete any other steps required by installed plugins (if any).

Failure to do any of the additional steps, if needed, will result in permanent loss of your database.

I recommend strongly that you copy (not move) your database to another computer and verify that you can open it before replacing Windows.
