Database file cannot save

  • Nobody/Anonymous

I use latest KeePass for Win32 on W2k pro.
When i add some entry and save a database file. so "An error occured! Error code:0x00000006".

It may be the cause to mark it as hidden attribute. Is it specification? if possible, i want to use as it is.

If you use a complex password or a key file, or both, there is no need to hide the file.

      cheers, Paul

I don't agree here... using ONLY a key file imho is very low security. It's like having a plain .txt file with your db master password on your desktop.

      thanks Paul.

hm.. It's not for security risk. I saved DB file to my home directory. and i often use command prompt. so when i use "dir" command, i don't want to see some files. (yeah, i mark them as hidden attribute.)

(Should I save it to other directory..)
