I haven't been able to figure out the formatting options in Password Manager XP (csv) so that I can then import them into KeePass.  Is anyone familiar with what settings I should use for the export in Password Manager XP in order to import them into KeePass?

Password Manager XP, allows me to set the delimiter, and options including folder names, and column titles, etc.

A straight CSV import requires exactly 5 fields and you must have a header - see the help file.
      "Account","Login Name","Password","Web Site","Comments"

Post a sample of the PM export here if you are still having problems.

      cheers, Paul

You need to enclose all entries in quotes.

"ICR Credit Card","abc","efg","123456","http://www.abc.com/","this is my account"

You cannot edit the file with Excel, try csvED.
      http://home.hccnet.nl/s.j.francke/t2t/text2table.htm

      You need the following format.
      "Account","Login Name","Password","Web Site","Comments"
      "Test","sjwilliams","II+VgBb3oAA2UPR0xJ9X","",""
      "Test 2","stuartjw","choppington","","Comment line 1
      Line2
      Line3"

      cheers, Paul

Note: csvEd doesn't handle multi line comments.
You need to save the file with double quotes, under options.
