Language can not change Windows 7 64bit!

Neither with version 1.24 to version 2.20 or I can set up a different language. Although I have copied the language file correctly in the program directory, it is not displayed for selection. This is also known as Windows does not exist, if I click it.

Therefore I have the program installed on XP and sometimes because it worked flawlessly.

    What's going on?

Works for me Windows 7 x64.
Make sure you can write to the KeePass directory or rename KeePass.config.xml.

    cheers, Paul
