I have a .csv file to import from another password program and installed the "AnyPassword Import" plugin. But when I File>Import From, the "CSV File" is grayed-out. Thought this plugin could be used with ANY .csv file.

you have to create a new database first.
I think it means exported from the Anypassword program.
Just write the CSV manually, you'll only do it once.
