KeePass 2.18 is not responding

    Hi,

    KeePass 2.18 appears to be running, that is to say KeePass.exe is shown running in 'Processes' and the KeyPass icon is visible in the system tray icon.  When I double click on the KeePass icon in the system tray or in the program's directory, though, nothing happens.  When I right click on the icon in the system tray, the menu with four options appears, but they're all greyed out and don't respond.  Does anyone know what's going on?

    Has this ever worked?
    Does this happen after a re-boot?
    Can you run it from a different directory?

    Sorry for the delayed response.  Yes, KeePass has been running on my computer for several years now.  This happens after a reboot/restart, and after a full shutdown.  When you ask if I can run it from a different directory, what exactly do you mean; reinstalling the program to a different location?

    Copy KeePass.exe to a new directory, then double click on it.
    Select File > Open and browse to your database.

    It turned out that when I updated to 2.18, the KeePass windows relocated to a second monitor, one that I normally leave off.  Thanks for the advice, though.
