I'm running Linux Mint 17 (Cinnamon 64-bit) and KeePass has some display issues that make it very hard to use. Menus are unreadable due to the text being near identical in colour to the background, and most of the UI causes the mouse pointer to change from my usual 64 pixels to a much smaller version. How can this be solved?

Mono is responsible for drawing the screen and it should look the same as is does in Windows - we know this doesn't happen in practise.
There are some patches in the ppa to fix some of the issues.
