    Hi.

Trying to run 2.18 on my Windows 7 64 bit, English version with Swedish location and I got this error message every time I tries to start the program. All other programs works perfect on my system and memtest86+ does not show any memory problem. The system is very stable.

Any ideas how to fix this issue?

    Best regards

Do you have installed .NET 4.0 and all the latest Windows/.NET updates?

Yes. There is no updates avaible and other .NET softwares works as expected.

Could it be a issue that I'm running English language with Swedish locales?
