Not sure this is really a Keepass issue but I at least wanted to start here.

When previewing a password on Ubuntu using Keepass 2.19, the last char is not visible. This could just be a Wine issue for all I know.

Anyone find a fix for it? Or is it considered a Keepass issue?

Safe bet it's Wine as KeePass behaves everywhere else.

    cheers, Paul

Sorry, I now realize that its mono, not wine. And you are probably right. Since the Ubuntu version is stuck on 2.19, I think the font issue could be fixed when the package is updated. I just have no clue who does that. Presumably Canonical. I'll investigate building the current version myself.

I fixed the issue. I simply changed the Font size used.

    1. In KeePass, go to Tools/Options.
    2. Go to the Interface tab.
    3. Click Select Password Font.
    4. On Ubuntu 12.10 the font used is Liberation Mono.
    5. Change the font size from 8 to 10.
