    Keepass currently does not seem to have support for high-resolution screens on Windows. As soon as the magnification factor goes beyond 150% (I have a screen with 2560x1440 running on 200%), the windows will be scaled and look blurred.

    It is a typical Windows issue that is not overly well implemented by .NET, but it can be done.

    Have you tried the option in compatibility mode that normally prevents this?
    "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"

    You can use keepass normally this way until they fix it.
