I am sorry to say what web site does this. But when I do a Ctl-V it type all my information in the search box. I went to a site that is an insurance company log-in page and instead of entering the Keepass info in the log in boxes in entered it into the url and sent it out to the internet. I was using Chrome. (vista windows) I tried with IE no issue. When I went back to try to replicate the issue in chrome. Ctl-V did not enter anything but brought to the webistes main page. what is going on?

So you didn't have the focus in the correct field while doing the Ctrl-V.
Thats your fault.
Keepass is not a form filler and does not have any knowledge about your forms.
It starts in the current field if you start Autotpye or Ctrl-V.
The login form works with the default KeePass Auto-Type sequence, but as Horst advised, you need to start with the cursor in the Login ID field.
1. Open the web page and click in the Login ID field.
2. Open KeePass, select the required entry and press Ctrl V.
You could also try the Global Auto-Type hot keys, Ctrl Alt A.
