    Hello community,

I have to questions: (Version 2.26)

1: I have always two databases open, but when i restart keepass, it opens only the last one. Can i configure keepass that it opens both databases?

2: I have always the message from keepass, what it should do. Should keepass import username and password than i can click remember, but can i configure keepass that it automatically imports the username and password per default. I don`t want that the message pops up.

    Thanks

    1. Yes, use the KeeAutoExec plug-in. You will need to set up a trigger to set the focus for your master database.

    2. That message is not a KeePass message, it must be from a plug-in. Tell us what the plug-in is and we may be able to help.

    cheers, Paul

    Hello Paul
I will give KeeAutoExec a try.

This message was only out of my brain, here is the correct message:
    KeepassHttp: Confirm Access
X has requested access to passwords for the above item. Please select whether you want to allow access. Allow Deny (with the option: Remember this decision)

    Greetings

    //EDIT
Here is the example i made with KeeAutoExec.

Execute after first start of keepass
event closing database file filter nothing
    action
    activate database
with absolute and relative path it isn`t working, for example:
    C:\Users\p_paul\Google Drive\Sonstiges\Database1.kdbx
    also with action 2
    C:\Users\p_paul\Google Drive\Sonstiges\Database2.kdbx

But it isn`t working :-/ Also relative paths are not working

KeePassHttp is part of ChromeIPass. See the support site: https://github.com/pfn/passifox/issues

I can't see anything obviously wrong with your example. Can you post the exact trigger here for us to test? Highlight the trigger, click the Tools button, click "Copy Selected Triggers to Clipboard", then paste into your post.

    cheers, Paul

Okay, thank you for the explanation.

The trigger is in the textfile added to this post

You have 2 select database actions. You should only activate your master database.
When KeePass is opened it will attempt to open the last opened database. If that is not your master database this process won't work. You could just double click your master database to open it in KeePass, then it's always the correct database that opens first.

    It isn`t working!

Also when i put only one database in this trigger, or i check in keepass the option: Open the last openend database with the script, it isn`t working!

    I have also configured:
Uncheck the option: "Open the last opened database
So when I start Keepass no database will opened.
And then the trigger with the two databases isn`t working. (I am going to hate it X) )

Maybe you can send me an working trigger example

The example on the Help page works, but it's the same as yours.
What doesn't work? When you lock the database and then unlock it, the unlock request should be for the active database, as defined in your trigger.

You are still attempting to make 2 databases active. You should only have your master database active.
The correct event is "Closing database file (before saving)".
You must use the latest KeePass - V2.26.

    cheers, Paul
