No

When i run Keepass and enter to the database, and then switch to other window - for example notepad, and try to type "ą" character (alt-a) nothing apears - keepass blocks it.

Please fix it.

What is ALT-A? What have you set the global hotkey to? Of
course, if you've set the global hotkey to ALT-A, KeePass
will catch the combination... That's the whole point of a
    global hotkey...

If I set the global autotype hotkey to CTRL-ALT-A, KeePass
doesn't interfer with ALT-A in Notepad... Please, give more
details if you are able to reproduce it up to now in KeePass
    version 0.99b.

    Best regards
    Dominik

I assume this was just a one-time error on your computer,
produced by some other program (since KeePass doesn't
    associate itself with Alt-A).

Make sure no other program registeres the Alt-A key.

If you still have problems, please reopen this bug report or
    create a new one.

    Best regards
