#64 JSF clients do not compile

The JSF clients clnt-jsf and clnt-jsf-cocoon do not
compile at the moment. There are several issues with
wrong class references (e. g.
javax.faces.component.ConvertibleValueHolder which
cannot be resolved in current JSF implementations -
neither 1.0 nor 1.1).

Maybe the clients where build against some earlier beta
version of JSF?

JSF jars (api and impl) are missing in the lib directory.
