We are quite a bit behind on the Fortress/Excalibur versions; most have had bug fixes and we are about 2 versions behind on most.

Updated keel-build, keel-core, keel-container, keel-common modules.
This covers bug fixes in virtually all the modules, particularly AltRMI and instrumentation.
Excalibur Logger was only upgraded to 1.1, not to 1.2 since Log4JConfLoggerManager is missing in 1.2.
This should be completely backwards compatible, only needs an "ant clean" to flush the old jars.
