#49 On MS Systems, System.out not logged anywhere

On Microsoft based systems (specifically Win2K), the
output from System.out is not written anywhere. On
Linux systems, this is written to the file
<jakartaHome>/logs/catalina.out.

There is no equivalent file to logs/catalina.out on MS.
