Slot Setting is not stored persistently

Slot 2 of my YubiKey is already in use, so I am forced to use Slot 1 for KeeChallenge.

The Setting under Tools -> KeeChallenge Settings -> Slot 1 / 2 works, but the selection does not get saved.

It is kind of annoying to have to select Slot 1 after each startup of KeePass. Is it possible to persist this setting?

Sorry about that, I meant to persist this one, but I commented it out for debugging. I'll submit a fix shortly.
