Had a look through the closed calls and was still unable to fix my issue. I was using the instructions from this site:

I get: "Error connecting to kubikey!

then it goes into the loop retry, recovery mode Cancel

OS: Win7 64bit
KeePass: 2.29
KeePass Challenge: 1.4
Yubikey nao 3.2
Challenge-Response mode
